How we use cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed to make Take Bookings Now work at all, and one more runs the live chat window so you can reach us. Everything else — measuring how the site is used, and measuring our advertising — is optional, and off until you accept it.
We ask before setting any optional cookie. Refusing is one click, exactly like accepting, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
Until you accept, Google's consent controls are set to denied on this site, and the tags that need your agreement are not loaded at all.

These cannot be switched off — the Service does not function without them, and they do not need your consent.

We do not set a cookie of our own for analytics. The security and analytics log described in our Privacy Policy uses the session cookie you already have, and stores only a one-way scrambled version of it — never the cookie itself.
Live chat
We use Tawk.to to run our live chat, so you can ask us something without filling in a form. There is no chat bubble following you around the site: the chat window opens only when you press Start a live chat on our contact page or Live chat inside your account — or if we open a conversation with you while you are on the site.
It is there to provide a service you asked for — talking to us — rather than to measure you, so it is not part of the optional choices below.

It loads on every page, and sets these cookies, whether or not you ever open
the chat window. It has to be loaded to be openable, and we would rather say
that plainly than describe it as only running where the button appears. If you
would rather it did not, block third-party scripts or cookies for tawk.to in
your browser — everything else on the site carries on working. What you type into the chat is
covered by our Privacy Policy, and by
tawk.to/privacy-policy.

Please read this part before accepting analytics. Microsoft Clarity records sessions — it replays how a page was scrolled, clicked and moved through. Pages that carry personal information (sign-in, registration, booking forms and consent forms) are excluded from recording, and what you type is hidden. It is still a recording, which is more than a page counter, so we say so plainly here rather than leaving it inside the word "analytics".

We use these to measure our own advertising for Take Bookings Now. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share browsing data with advertising networks for their own purposes.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own. It is the container we use to manage the tags listed above, and it loads on every page — but the tags inside it are configured to run only in line with the choice you have made, and it is loaded with consent already set to denied until you say otherwise.
Booking pages
Businesses using Take Bookings Now take bookings on pages we host for them. Those pages carry the same cookies and the same banner as the rest of the site.

Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops the optional tags loading from that point; cookies already set can be deleted through your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
