How it works
From nothing to taking bookings, usually the same day
Setup is a guided run of eight short steps. You can stop halfway and come back — nothing is lost.
-
1
Create your account
2 minName, email, password. We email you a six-digit code to confirm the address. Two minutes.
-
2
Tell us about the business
3 minTrading name, what you do, telephone, address. This is what your customers see at the top of your booking page.
-
3
Pick your booking link
1 minThe web address you'll share. Something short — your business name, or your name and your town. We check it's free as you type.
-
4
Set your opening hours
3 minDay by day, including split hours if you close over lunch. There's a button to copy Monday across the week.
-
5
Add your services
10 minName, how long it takes, what it costs. Add two or twenty — you can refine buffers, deposits and per-staff pricing later.
-
6
Add your team
5 minEveryone customers can book. Tick the box to make yourself bookable. There's no limit and no per-person charge.
-
7
Set the booking rules
2 minHow much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, whether they can cancel themselves. Sensible defaults are already filled in.
-
8
Check it over and submit
2 minA summary of everything, then submit for review. That's you done.
Then we review it
Registering does not put you live automatically. A person looks at every new business — usually within a few working hours — and we email you as soon as you are approved.
Your free trial starts on approval, not when you registered. Waiting for us does not cost you any of your 14 days.
Once you are live
Share the link
Put it on your website, your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio and your Facebook page. That last one matters more than people expect — a lot of bookings come from a link in a bio.
Keep taking phone bookings
Nothing forces you to stop. Add them into the diary yourself and they block the slot exactly like an online booking. Most businesses run a mix for years.
Watch what happens overnight
The first thing almost everyone notices is bookings arriving at half past ten at night. Those are the ones you were never going to catch on the phone.
What you need before you start
- Your opening hours
- A list of what you do, roughly how long each takes and what you charge
- The names of anyone customers can book with
- A Stripe account — only if you want to take payment online, and you can add it later
