Registration lookup

The customer types a number plate. You get the make, model, colour, fuel, engine size, MOT expiry and tyre sizes attached to the booking — without asking them a single question they will get wrong.

Patch tests, medical questions, authorisation to carry out work — asked at the point of booking and signed online, so nobody is filling in a clipboard while the next customer waits.

An optional extra. Email reminders are included in the plan at no cost — text messages are bought as credit when you want them, with no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.

About the price going up
Every subscription business raises prices eventually, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. What we can tell you is exactly how it would work.
- The price you sign up at is recorded against your account. Changing our advertised price does not change yours.
- If we did change your price, you'd get at least 30 days' notice by email, stating your current price, your new price and the date it applies from.
- You're on a rolling monthly plan, so you can cancel before the new price ever takes effect and never pay it.
- This is written into our terms, not just stated on a marketing page.
Common questions about billing
No. 14 days, no card, no obligation. We only ask for payment details if you decide to carry on.
Your booking page stops taking new bookings until you activate a plan. Nothing is deleted — your diary, customers, staff and settings all stay exactly as they are, and activating brings it all straight back.
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
No. If you take payments, you connect your own Stripe account and the money goes directly to you. Stripe charge their own processing fee; we take nothing.
The price shown is what you'll be charged. Your invoice will show any VAT separately where it applies.
Yes, and you should be able to — it is your data. Export is available from your account at any time, including after a trial has ended.
