Optional extras
The plan covers the diary. These cover the rest.
Everything needed to take a booking is in the £17.99 plan. These are the jobs that only some trades have — a form that must be signed first, an invoice that has to go out, a number plate that has to be checked.
Registration lookup
£7.99 a monthThe customer types a number plate. You get the make, model, colour, fuel, engine size, MOT expiry and tyre sizes attached to the booking — without asking them a single question they will get wrong.
How registration lookup worksConsent forms
£3.99 a monthPatch tests, medical questions, authorisation to carry out work — asked at the point of booking and signed online, so nobody is filling in a clipboard while the next customer waits.
How consent forms worksInvoicing
£4.99 a monthBuild it from the services already on your list, email it as a PDF the customer can print, and let them pay it online. When the money lands, the invoice marks itself paid.
How invoicing worksOnline shop
£10.99 a monthA shop on your own booking page. Customers pay online, you get the order with the address on it, and you mark it dispatched or ready to collect as you go.
How online shop worksAdded to the same bill
An extra goes on your existing subscription as another line. One invoice, one card, one renewal date — not a second account to keep track of.
Part-month, then in full
Switch one on mid-month and you pay only for the days left before your next invoice. From then on it is charged in full alongside the plan.
Free for the rest of your trial
Anything switched on during the 14-day trial costs nothing until the trial ends, the same as the plan itself.
Off is off next month
Cancel and you keep it until the end of the month you have paid for. Nothing is deleted — what you captured with it stays readable afterwards.
You do not need any of these to start
The plan takes bookings, runs the diary, holds your customers and sends reminders on its own. Add an extra the week you find you need it, not before.
