How it works
Three parts, and you only set up the first
You set the times and the places
Make any service a class, then add when it runs each week, how many places it has and who teaches it. Leave the last date blank and it keeps running; give it one for a term or a six-week course. Add one-off dates whenever you need them.
Customers book a place
Your booking page shows the class with its price per place. Customers pick a date, see each class with the places left, choose how many places they want and book. Full classes show as full.
You see who is coming
Each date has its own list: every customer, how many places, whether they have paid. Book somebody in by hand, change the places for one date, or cancel it and every customer is told.

Weekly times, set once
A class runs every Monday at 7pm until you say otherwise. Several times a week is several rows.
Places that cannot be overbooked
The last place is checked at the moment of booking, so two people racing for it cannot both have it.
A limit per customer
Let people bring a friend without one booking taking the whole class.
Change places for one date
A smaller room this week, a bigger hall next week, without touching the rest.
Price per place
Two places costs twice as much. Take a deposit or full payment online, or nothing.
Confirmations and reminders
By email as standard, and by text message if you buy credit.
Cancel a date, everyone is told
One action cancels the class and lets every customer on it know, with your reason.
Customers move themselves
If you allow it, they can move to another date of the same class, or cancel within your cut-off.
Classes and appointments together
Run a morning class and one-to-ones in the afternoon. A teacher is never booked for both at once.
Terms and courses
Give a class a last date for a six-week course, and the dates stop there.

Memberships and class passes
Each booking is paid for on its own. There is no balance of classes, and no monthly membership collected for you.
Waiting lists
When a class is full it shows as full. Nobody is added to a list and offered a place that frees up.
Booking a whole course in one go
A six-week course is booked a week at a time, each as its own place.
Questions about class bookings
It lets customers book a place on a class you run at a set time, rather than an appointment of their own. You set the days, times and number of places; customers see how many places are left and book until it is full.
Class bookings are part of the £17.99 a month plan, with no charge per booking, per class or per member of staff, and no commission. There are 14 days free with no card required.
No. They choose the class, the date and how many places, and fill in their name and contact details. They get a confirmation by email and a link to cancel or move their booking if you allow it.
Yes. Each service is either an appointment or a class, both appear on the same booking page, and a teacher cannot be booked for an appointment while they are teaching a class.
Yes, if you want to. Take a deposit or the full price per place through your own Stripe account, or take nothing online and be paid at the class.
You set the number of places for each weekly class time, up to 1,000, and can change it for a single date — say a smaller class in a borrowed room.
No, not today. Each booking is paid for on its own. Studios that sell blocks of classes take that payment themselves and have customers book each class they come to.
