Let clients book beauty appointments online

Treatments, courses and consent forms in one diary — with the patch test dated and on record before they arrive.

Beauty is the trade where the admin around an appointment matters as much as the appointment itself: consent forms, patch tests, and courses paid for up front and used over months. A diary that stores only a name and a time leaves all of that somewhere else.

What it actually fixes

No-shows on long treatments

Take a deposit at the point of booking. Fixed amount or percentage, per treatment.

Patch tests booked too late

Minimum notice on any treatment stops same-day bookings that cannot legally go ahead.

Notes on scraps of paper

Treatment history, notes and spend all live on the client record.

Wrong therapist, wrong treatment

Only qualified therapists are offered for the treatments they perform.

Clients book when they are thinking about it

Most beauty appointments are booked outside working hours, on a phone. A page that is open at that moment is the difference between a booking and an intention.

Treatments of very different lengths

A brow wax is fifteen minutes and a full set of extensions is three hours. Each treatment carries its own duration and price, so the right amount of time is blocked and the diary does not quietly lose an afternoon.

Consent forms and patch tests

Anything involving tint, lashes or needles needs a form, and it needs to be current. Attach a consent form to a treatment and the client fills it in before they arrive, with an expiry date on it — so a patch test taken thirteen months ago does not silently count.

The answers are stored against the client and dated, and the salon can see who is cleared before the day rather than at the door.

Courses and packages

A course of six sessions, paid once and used over three months, is normal in beauty and awkward in most diaries. Sell the course as a service, take payment up front, and let the client book each session as it comes.

Deposits on the long ones

A three-hour appointment lost to a no-show is the whole afternoon. Ask for a deposit where it matters and nothing on the quick ones. Payment goes straight to your own Stripe account.

More than one therapist

Each therapist has their own hours, their own treatments and their own column, and clients can book a particular person or whoever is free. No charge per therapist.

Aftercare, automatically

Confirmation and reminder emails can carry your aftercare notes, so the client has them in writing without you printing anything.

What it costs

£17.99 a month for the salon, everything included, fourteen days free, no card to start.

Beauty salons often ask

Yes. Payment rules are set per treatment. A £15 deposit on a full set of lashes, nothing on a brow tint — whatever suits.

That is between you and your client, and it is why you set a cancellation policy. Your policy is shown during booking and the client acknowledges it, so there is a record of what they agreed to. Refunds are yours to issue if you decide to.

Yes. You connect your own, and the money goes straight to you — we never hold it and we take no commission on it.
