Personal trainers and fitness
Booking for personal trainers, without the WhatsApp thread
Clients book their own sessions around the hours you actually work — including the six o'clock ones, booked the night before.
Personal training runs on messages. A client asks for Tuesday, you scroll back through a thread to check, and half your admin happens while you are meant to be training somebody else. A booking page turns that into something clients do themselves, at the moment they think of it.

What it actually fixes
Early mornings and late evenings
Set several blocks of hours on the same day. The gap in the middle stays yours.
Chasing payment after a session
Require full payment at the point of booking on the services where it makes sense.
Last-minute cancellations
Set a cancellation cut-off so the 6am slot cannot be dropped at 11pm.
Clients quietly drifting off
Client records show last session and total sessions at a glance.
The problem is not the training, it is the thread
Most trainers do not lose time to sessions. They lose it to the twenty separate conversations arranging them, spread across different apps and none of them in one place.
The fix is not a better calendar for you. It is a page your clients can use, so the arranging stops being a conversation at all.
Early mornings and late evenings
Personal training happens before work and after it. Your page shows the hours you actually work — six o'clock starts, a gap in the middle of the day, evenings back on — and nothing else. Nobody can book you at eleven in the morning if eleven in the morning is when you sleep.
Blocks of sessions, not just single ones
Most trainers sell in tens rather than ones. Sell a block as a single service at a single price, take the money once, and let the client book the individual sessions as they go. You are paid up front and they still choose their own times.
One-to-one, pairs and small groups
A semi-private session for two at one price, or a small group of six, are different products with different prices and different capacities. Set each up once and the right number of places is offered.
Deposits, or payment in full
Connect your own Stripe account and decide per service: pay in full on booking, a deposit to hold the slot, or nothing now and settle in person. The money goes straight to your account — we never hold it and take nothing from it.
For a trainer, taking payment at the point of booking is the single most effective thing you can do about no-shows.
Working across a gym, a park and a client's front room
If you train in more than one place, put the location on the service so the client knows where they are going. Travel time between them goes in as a buffer, so the diary does not book you into a park and a gym twenty minutes apart.
Online sessions
A video session is a service like any other, with a link that goes out in the confirmation. Set its length and price and it sits in the same diary.
What it costs
£17.99 a month for everything, fourteen days free, no card to start. Not per client and not per session — if you have a good month, it costs the same.
Personal trainers and fitness often ask
Set a cancellation cut-off — twenty-four hours is usual. Past that point they cannot cancel themselves and have to contact you, which is generally the point.
Not properly, no. Every booking is one-to-one at present, so a class of ten would be ten separate bookings. If group classes are the core of what you do, this is not the right tool yet.
No. Address fields are optional, so trainers working across several sites or outdoors can leave them off.
