Therapists and counsellors
Quiet, private booking for a therapy practice
A fifty-minute hour, proper gaps between clients, and reminders that say nothing they should not.
Therapy has requirements most booking software never considers: the fifty-minute hour, the deliberate gap between clients so two people do not meet in a small waiting room, and confidentiality in everything that leaves your practice.

What it actually fixes
Fifty-minute sessions in an hour-based diary
Set any duration and any buffer. The diary reflects how you actually work.
Clients meeting in the waiting room
Buffers between sessions keep arrivals and departures apart.
Reminders that say too much
You write the wording. Say as little as you like.
Confidentiality
Your client records are isolated from every other business on the platform, and notes never leave your practice.
The fifty-minute hour
Set the session at fifty minutes and a ten-minute buffer after it. The hour is protected, your notes get written, and the diary shows the truth rather than a neat but fictional grid of round hours.
Not passing in the corridor
Add a longer buffer where you need one. Fifteen minutes between clients means nobody arrives while the previous person is leaving — a small thing that matters a great deal in a shared building.
What goes in a reminder
Reminder and confirmation wording is yours to write. If a text saying the name of your practice is not appropriate for a particular client base, change it. Keep it to the date and time, or turn reminders off entirely for a client who would rather not receive one.
Notes stay yours
Notes on a client record are internal. They never appear on a booking page, in a confirmation, or in anything sent to the client. Your records are visible only to your own practice — no other business on the platform can see any part of them.
Therapists and counsellors often ask
Your page is only found by people you give the link to. It is not listed in any directory of ours and it is not promoted to anyone.
A common approach is to make only a short free consultation bookable online, and add ongoing sessions to the diary yourself once you have spoken. Any service can be taken off the booking page while staying available for you to book manually.
Only you and whoever you invite into your own account. Every business on the platform is isolated from every other, and this is one of the things we test explicitly rather than assume.
