A dance school timetable is a grid of classes by age, style and level, most of them booked by a parent. The hard part is not the dancing. It is knowing how many are coming to each one, and telling everybody when the hall is not available.

Set each class up once — Tiny Tots Ballet, Grade 3 Tap, Adult Beginners Salsa — with the days and times it runs and how many places it has. Add a last date so a class stops at the end of term. Every upcoming date goes on your booking page with the places left.
Parents booking for their children
The person booking is usually a parent, and the confirmation and reminders go to whoever booked. Siblings in the same class are two places in one booking. There is a notes box for the dancer's name and anything you should know.
Trial classes
A free trial is a class with a price of nothing. Newcomers book a place like anybody else and turn up on the list, so you know who to look out for.
A register for every class
Open a class and you see who is coming, how many places each, and who has paid. Book somebody in over the phone from the same place.
When the hall is not available
Cancel a date — a hall booking gone wrong, a teacher off sick, a show rehearsal — and every family booked is told. Parents can move to another date of the same class themselves if it has room.
Private lessons and wedding dances
Private lessons and first-dance lessons are booked into a teacher's free time as ordinary appointments, alongside the classes.
Honest limits
Terms are booked date by date for now, not as a whole term in one go, and there are no memberships, family accounts or waiting lists yet. If you invoice for a term, the invoicing extra covers that side.

£17.99 a month for the school — every teacher, every class. Fourteen days free.
Dance schools often ask
Yes. They choose how many places when they book, up to a limit you set, and can add the children's names in the notes.
