Fitness classes and bootcamps
Fill your fitness classes and bootcamps online
People book a place on a set class, you see who is coming, and the class stops taking bookings when it is full.
A bootcamp in the park at half six, a spin class for fourteen bikes, a lunchtime HIIT session. Group fitness is sold by the place, not by the hour — and a WhatsApp group is a poor way of counting how many of those places have gone.

What it actually fixes
Counting places in a group chat
Each class has a set number of places and stops taking bookings when it is full.
No-shows on a busy class
Take payment for the place when it is booked, into your own Stripe account.
Cancelling for the weather
Cancel the class and everybody booked is told at once, rather than one message at a time.
Not knowing who is coming
Every class has a register: names, places and who has paid.
A class is a set time with a set number of places
Set the class up once: the days and times it runs, how many places it has, and who is taking it. Every upcoming date appears on your booking page with the places left, and a class that is full says so rather than quietly letting a fifteenth person book a bike you do not have.
Somebody bringing a friend books two places in one go, and you can cap how many one person can take so a whole class is never booked out by one member.
The register, without the group chat
Open a class and you have the list: who is coming, how many places each, and whether they have paid. Somebody rings to book on? Book them in from the same screen — and if you know there is room for one more, you can squeeze them in past the limit.
Taking the money when they book
Drop-in classes are paid for at the point of booking, into your own Stripe account, per place. Take the full price or a deposit. A no-show on a paid place is still a paid place.
When it rains, or you are ill
Cancel a class and everybody booked on it is told straight away, by email and by text if you use texts. Refunds are yours to decide from each booking — some classes move people to another date instead, which they can do themselves if the new date has room.
PAR-Q and health questions
With the consent forms extra, ask your PAR-Q or health questions when somebody books for the first time, and set how long the answers last so regulars are not asked every week.
Personal training alongside
One-to-ones sit in the same diary as your classes, priced and timed separately. While you are teaching the six o'clock class, nobody can book you for a one-to-one at the same time.
Honest limits
There are no memberships, class passes or waiting lists yet, and a block of classes is booked date by date rather than in one go. If a monthly membership is how you sell, that is worth weighing.
What it costs
£17.99 a month for every class and every instructor. Fourteen days free, no card to start.
Fitness classes and bootcamps often ask
Give it the number of places you have — bikes, mats, space in the hall. Once they have gone the class shows as full. You can change the places for one date without changing the rest.
Yes. They choose how many places when they book, up to a limit you set, and the price is per place.
Cancel it from the class and everybody booked is told. Anyone who paid online is refunded from their booking if you decide to refund.
Not yet. Each class is booked and paid for by the place. If you sell monthly memberships you would take those payments separately for now.
Yes — the class name and description can say where it is, and each class runs at its own days and times. There is one address on your page.
Try it on your own class for 14 days
