Nail salons

Let clients book their nails online

A booking page that works while your hands are busy — which is most of the day.

Nail work is two hands occupied for an hour or more at a stretch. Every call you take is a client sitting in front of you being ignored, and every call you miss is a set of infills booked somewhere else.

What it actually fixes

The phone rings mid-set

Clients book online while you work. Nothing is interrupted and nothing is missed.

Sets that overrun

Each service carries its own duration and tidy-up time, so the next client is not booked on top of you.

Last-minute drop-outs

Reminders go out automatically, and a deposit on the long appointments makes people turn up.

"When was I last in?"

Every client record shows what they had, when, and with whom — so a rebook takes seconds.

You cannot answer the phone with wet gel on your hands

That is the honest problem. A technician mid-set either interrupts the client in front of them or lets it ring, and both cost something. A booking page takes the call instead, at eleven at night when somebody notices their infills are due.

Infills, full sets and soak-offs are different lengths

A full set of acrylics is not a rebalance and neither is a soak-off. Set each one to its real duration and the diary stops selling you two hours for a job that takes forty minutes — or worse, booking someone in behind a set that was always going to overrun.

Soak-off and removal can be their own service, priced or free, so the time is blocked whether or not you charge for it.

Deposits on the sets that hurt to lose

A missed infill is an hour. A missed full set with nail art is most of a morning and the product you already opened. Ask for a deposit on the long ones and nothing on a quick file and polish — it is set per service. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account.

More than one technician, no extra charge

Each technician has her own hours, her own days and her own services. Clients who always see the same person can book her by name; anyone else can take whoever is free. A salon of six pays what a salon of one pays.

Photographs sell nail work better than words

Nobody books a nail set from a price list. The gallery on your page is where the work goes — put your best sets on it, and link the page from the Instagram bio people are already looking at.

What it costs

£17.99 a month for the salon, however many technicians. Fourteen days free, no card to start.

Nail salons often ask

Yes. A service has a standard price and you can override it per technician, so a senior tech can charge more for the same set. The client sees the right price once they have chosen who they are booking with.

Make it a service of its own with its own duration, and let clients add it to their booking. It blocks the time whether you charge for it or not, which is the part that matters.

Yes. Each service can carry its own minimum notice, and the diary will not offer a slot that does not fit inside your working hours.

No. Deposits are taken online through your own Stripe account when the client books. Nothing passes through us and we take no commission.

Try it on your own salon for 14 days
