The first appointment is the one that matters
Most legal enquiries are lost between the thought and the phone call. A page that takes the booking at the moment the client decides is worth more than any amount of chasing afterwards.
Free half-hours, fixed-fee consultations and will appointments are all bookable without anybody in the office lifting the phone.
Where this fits
This is a diary and a booking page. It is not a case management system: no matter files, no conflict checking, no client account, no time recording. Firms use it for the front door and keep their practice system for the file.
Being clear about that is more useful than pretending otherwise — if you need conflict checks before an appointment is accepted, this is not the tool for that step.
A diary per fee earner
Each solicitor, legal executive and paralegal keeps their own hours and their own appointment types. A client booking a will appointment sees the people who do wills, at the times they actually work.

Where the work has a fixed price — a will, a lasting power of attorney, a straightforward consultation — take the fee or a deposit when the appointment is made, into the firm's own Stripe account. Nothing passes through us.
What the client wants to talk about
Ask at booking, in your own words, and the answer sits on the appointment. It is the difference between an appointment that starts with a summary and one that starts from nothing.
Reminders, and the client who forgets
An unattended appointment is an hour of a fee earner's day. Automatic reminders the day before, with a cancellation cut-off so late changes are at least visible.

Data is encrypted in transit, and anything you collect through a booking form is stored encrypted and shown only inside your portal. Answers you mark as sensitive are never included in email.
