Let guests book treatments online
Booked in the evening, when somebody has decided they need a day off.
Spa bookings are decided at the end of a hard week, usually late, usually on a phone. A page that takes the booking there and then catches the guest at the moment they want to be talked into it.

What it actually fixes
Two therapists, one room
Rooms are bookable in their own right, so the diary cannot promise a space that is already in use.
Consultation forms on arrival
Guests complete them when they book, and the answers are on the appointment before they arrive.
Saturday no-shows
Reminders and deposits on the long treatments, so the room that cannot be resold is the room that gets kept.
Turnaround time
Preparation and tidy-up are held in the diary and hidden from the guest, so nothing is booked on top of a room being reset.
A therapist and a room are two different bookings
A massage needs somebody to give it and somewhere to give it. Model each treatment room as its own bookable resource alongside your therapists, and the diary stops double-booking a room that only looks free because a therapist is.
Consultation forms before they arrive, not on the couch
Health questions, allergies, pregnancy, medication. Attach a consultation form to a treatment and the guest completes it when they book, with an expiry so a regular is not asked every visit.
The answers sit on the appointment, so the therapist reads them before the guest walks in rather than handing over a clipboard.
Treatments that run into each other
A body wrap is not one continuous hour of a therapist's attention. Preparation time before and tidy-up time after are held in the diary without being shown to the guest, so the treatment still reads as starting on the hour and the room is never turned around in a rush.
Packages and half-days
Several treatments booked as one visit stay together as one visit, in order, with one confirmation. A guest booking a facial and a massage sees it as an afternoon rather than two separate appointments they have to arrange themselves.
Deposits, because a spa day is a big slot to lose
An empty treatment room on a Saturday cannot be resold at short notice. Ask for a deposit on the long treatments and nothing on a thirty-minute add-on. Straight to your own Stripe account.
What it costs
£17.99 a month for the whole spa — every therapist, every room. Fourteen days free.
Spas and wellbeing businesses often ask
Yes. Set each room up as a bookable resource with its own hours, and assign treatments to the rooms they can be given in. The diary will not offer a slot where the room is taken.
You build the questions once and attach the form to the treatments that need it. Guests answer at booking, the answers sit on the appointment, and you set how long an answer lasts before it is asked again.
Yes. They are kept together as one visit, in order, with a single confirmation — and the diary blocks the whole afternoon rather than three unrelated slots.
No. Payments go directly to your own Stripe account. We charge £17.99 a month and nothing else.
Try it on your own spa for 14 days
