Swimming teachers and swim schools
Booking for swimming lessons and swim schools
Group lessons by stage with the right number in the water, private lessons alongside, and parents reminded before every one.
Pool time is booked and paid for in advance, and every lesson has a safe number of swimmers in the water. A swim school cannot run on "I think there is a space on Thursday" — it needs to know exactly who is coming.

What it actually fixes
Too many swimmers in one lesson
Each lesson has a set number of places and stops taking bookings when they have gone.
Parents asking which lessons have space
The booking page shows every lesson with the places left.
Pool closures at short notice
Cancel the lesson and everybody booked is told at once.
Unpaid pool time
Take payment for the place when it is booked.
Lessons by stage, with a safe number in the water
Set each group lesson up with the days and times you have the pool, how many swimmers it takes and which teacher is on poolside: Stage 1 at four o'clock, Stage 3 at half past. Every upcoming lesson is on your page with the places left, and a full lesson says so.
Parents booking for their children
The person booking is almost always a parent, and they get the confirmation and the reminders. Two children in the same lesson are two places in one booking, and there is room for the swimmer's name and anything the teacher should know.
Private lessons alongside
One-to-one and adult lessons are booked into a teacher's free time as ordinary appointments. While a teacher is taking a group lesson, nobody can book them privately for the same slot.
When the pool is closed
A pool closure, a fouling, a teacher off sick. Cancel the lesson and every family booked is told straight away. Parents can move to another lesson at the same stage if it has room.
Paying for pool time
Take payment for the place when it is booked, into your own Stripe account, so a lesson that was booked is a lesson that was paid for.
Health and consent
With the consent forms extra, ask about medical conditions and get parental consent when a family first books, and set how long the answers last.
Honest limits
A term of lessons is booked week by week for now rather than in one go, and there are no waiting lists or stage records yet. Many swim schools invoice for the term and book the weeks in themselves.
What it costs
£17.99 a month for every teacher and every lesson. Fourteen days free.
Swimming teachers and swim schools often ask
Give each lesson the number of places that is safe for that stage. Once they have gone, the lesson shows as full.
Not in one go yet. Each lesson date is booked as its own place. Many schools invoice for the term and add the weekly bookings themselves.
Yes. Private lessons are booked into your free time and sit in the same diary as the group lessons, so the two never overlap.
Cancel the lesson and every family booked is told. Refunds, where you give them, are made from each booking.
